The Giles family will be hosting the Cinco De Mayo/Kentucky Derby event at their home in Short Pump, Richmond VA. This event will be lots of fun, with catered food, alcohol and games! (bring some cash) ***This is open to WYA members and their spouse or significant other, no non-member guests at this time due to COVID restrictions. This will be an indoor and outdoor event with plenty of room to social distance and still socialize.
There are many of hotels nearby and include that information below for those who register for the event. These are just a few and you more than welcome to stay somewhere else.
Tickets will be limited to 30 to keep everyone safe. The event will be catered and a variety of alcohol will be provided and the menu will also go out as we get closer to the event. If you have a special mixer or special drink please let us know or bring. SORRY, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU PURCHASE A TICKET AND DECIDE NOT TO COME LATER.
We may also do a small brewery crawl in Richmond for those who want to come in Friday afternoon, more information to come at a later time, please let Steve or Paula know if you have registered and are interested in coming in for a Friday get together as well.....
