Change of Watch Dinner and Dance  
Location:   Coles Point Tavern, Coles Point, VA

Date:  Saturday,  November 13, 2021 (5pm to 8pm)

Come enjoy the beautiful sunset on the deck of the Tavern with a cocktail in hand.  Chef Chris will be preparing a great appetizer spread for us.   

CRUISE & LAND EVENT.   Chris and Ann have reserved the back room for WYA.   PLEASE RSVP so we have a head-count for Appetizers.

Time:  5pm Happy Hour

NOTE:   Members, if you are bringing Guests with you, there will be a $10.00 per guest charge.   Please give $ to Lee Miller at the event as our Treasurer is out of town for this event.
What to Wear?   Men:  Dress (khaki) slacks with collar WYA shirts Ladies cocktail dress/slacks/skirts (not black-tie)

APPETIZERS:  Enjoy Fresh Shrimp with homemade cocktail sauce, assorted fruit and vegetable platter with blue and ranch dressing (Compliments of your WYA Bridge)

Time:  5pm - 8pm  

 Music will be provided by DJ Mark Compliments of your WYA Bridge  

DINNER MENU:  Order off of regular Tavern menu for food and cocktails (at your own cost)

COME BY BOAT or STAY AT A COTTAGE ON-SITE

4 cottages have been reserved for WYA . Call Brittany at Coles Point Marina to reserve your cottage or RV spot- 804 472 4011 (please do not email her)

SLIP RESERVATIONS:   Reserve your slip at this SPREADSHEET,  Donna Bukevicz, Event Float Captain will coordinate slips with Coles Point Marina.  Eva Barnes & Mark Mitchell are co-event float captains for the event.    There will be transportation provided to and from the Tavern for boaters.   Mark Mitchell and Bill Bukevicz will have large vehicles.  Also many members are staying in cottages who will have vehicles.   Please email Donna if you have any questions.
