Come join your WYA family for PLANFEST

Lots to catch up on and to look ahead to in 2023!  Please join us IN-PERSON at ICE HOUSE BREWERY & KITCHEN  in Colonial Beach VA on February 18th at 1230PM.  We need your help in shaping the event calendar for the year to come, and this is a great opportunity to connect with friends and club members new and old.

The team at ICE HOUSE has us set up in our own private space, appetizers will be served at 1230 and then we will move to lunch entre of chicken or beef tacos (vegetarian option available upon request). Wine and beer is available for purchase.  Registration and pre-payment is required for everyone's planning purposes, $24.95 per person (unfortunately no refunds are available).

Our first priority will be looking for a location and event captain for Flag Raising & Season Kick Off, then look at planning Memorial Day. weekend.  Of course lots more to plan but want to get folks thinking about some of the early events - come with ideas PLEASE!
