Registration includes: A weekend of nautical fun and games with PRYCA members and their guests, July 28 – 30, 2023, at Cole’s Point Marina, 190 Plantation Drive, Hague, VA 22469, (804) 472-4011.

Costs: Registration Fee: $165 per adult. Includes the meals listed below and all events. Does NOT include your slip - you pay for that directly with SNAG-A-SLIP.

Saturday: Lunch and Buffet Dinner at pavilion

Friday Night - Mingle and get to know fellow boaters by sharing your club’s favorite signature cocktail on the beach while watching the sunset and enjoying a bonfire. Don't forget to wear a GROOVY outfit for the theme of "Let's Get Groovy on the Potomac". Club's can decorate their tables with GROOVY decorations to get into the vibe of the evening. It'll be a blast!

IMPORTANT DATES: Early registration for clubs: A bonus point will be awarded to clubs submitting their paid club registration form by June 16, 2023.

POINT TOWARDS THE CUP: All participants in The Cup Competition must be paid registrants of the Float-In.

(The Competition for The Cup includes the Seamanship Skills exam, Scavenger Hunt, games, Vessel Safety Check and any bonus point offers.)

CUT-OFF DATE TO REGISTER FOR EVENT: July 21, 2023

SLIP ASSIGNMENTS: All members will reserve their boat slips through Coles Point Marina utilizing Snag A Slip. PRYCA is not collecting funds for slips. We will be coordinating slip assignments with the marina. Slips will be based on vessel size, power requirements, and registration date. Every effort will be made to keep club boats together, when size and power requirements allow. You will be receiving a discounted rate of $1.25/foot as you reserve your slip this year.
